The author: Born 1957. Lawyer, collector, reader and user of cooking books. Co-founder of a law firm in 1983. Working predominantly with international clients took the author several years to Russia, Luxembourg, Hong Kong and - almost a second home - to Vienna. A few cooking books grew into quite an impressive collection of cooking books: Modern, mainstream, historical books, classics, text books and interesting story collections, 

"Put all ingredients into a bowl, and then add the rest". Alike instructions inspired the author, used to logical and structured processes in his professional life, to create the new recipe language.  20 years of living in Frankfurt and Vienna, and the love of France, inherited from his father, are reflected in the recipes (by renown chefs) here translated into the new language and recipe format.
